Daily Dairy Trading: Butter Unchanged Despite Eight Trades, Monday
US – Spot trading opened the week with eight trades for Butter, although forced no change in price, which finalised at $1.5425.

Cheddar saw limited bids but no actual trading yesterday as both values increased $1.50 lifting Cheddar Blocks to $1.8150 and Cheddar Barrels to $1.7800.
This builds on gains made late last week and puts Cheddar prices four cents higher on last week’s average.
In the futures market, little change took hold as a two cent gap prevailed between Class III and IV milk. Class III lowered one cent to $18.21 as Class IV finished on $20.30.
October Cheese reported a finish of $1.7900.
