Synlait, A2 Milk appoint arbitrator for ongoing mediation

By: New Zealand's Synlait said on Friday an arbitrator has been appointed for the arbitration process with A2 Milk Company and that both companies are working on an arbitration agreement following the cancellation of their exclusivity arrangements, reported Reuters.
The milk producer also expects its half-year net profit after tax to be down compared with the corresponding period in FY23.
