Bunge trims profit outlook after Viterra merger

Grain trader cuts 2025 forecast to $7.30–$7.60/share

US grain trader and processor Bunge on Wednesday lowered its full-year adjusted profit forecast to reflect the impact of its $34 billion acquisition of grain handler Viterra in the third quarter, reported Reuters

The company now expects an adjusted earnings per share to be between $7.30 to $7.60 in 2025, compared with $7.75 per share forecast earlier.
