New Zealand's a2 Milk Co on Monday posted a 22.1% rise in its first-half profit as the dairy producer benefitted from a revival in demand for its products in China and the United States, reported Reuters

The dairy producer reported a net profit after tax of NZ$68.5 million ($42.64 million) for the half-year ended Dec. 31, as compared with a profit of NZ$56.1 million reported a year ago.
