U.S. cattle industry at odds over mad cow disease

US - Bill Donald and his family raise cattle just northwest of here at the foot of the Crazy Mountains. About 13 miles to the east, Dennis McDonald and his family raise cattle and horses. The physical border that divides them is U.S. Highway 191 which runs between Big Timber and Harlowton. The real border that divides them is the U.S.-Canada boundary and whether or not it should be opened to Canadian live cattle imports on March 7.
