VIET NAM – Two Vietnamese veterinarians have completed a tour of Argentina to learn about foot and mouth disease control and on-going national health efforts in the country.

The visit forms part of a cooperative framework on animal health between the two nations.
Argentina’s National Health and Food Quality Service (SENASA) showed the visiting pair around SENASA’s offices before a tour of a nearby feedlot and pasture businesses.
Training activities over the two week excursion included visits to FMD checkpoints and a tour of SENASA’s laboratory.
