Brucellosis Case in Wild Goats
FRANCE - An outbreak of brucellosis has been reported in South East France, affecting four mountain goats (Alpine ibex).

The cases were reported by Dr Jean Luc Angot of the French Ministry of Agriculture.
Surveillance of wildlife has increased recently in a bid to stamp out the disease.
Surveillance of local populations will continue as long as weather permits.
