The royal decree is the standard which includes all the instruments which govern the management of the milk quota.
Repurchase agreements are an effective tool to strengthen mechanisms for restructuring the dairy producer indusry.
Applications for the repurchase of milk quota for the current rate period 2012/2013 may be submitted for authorisation from 1 April 2012 until 28 February, 2013, inclusive.
