USDA: 'All the traces' show sick cow's herd came to state

SEATTLE - All leads so far point to Washington as the location of 80 Canadian dairy cows shipped to the United States along with the Holstein that became the nation's first case of mad-cow disease, U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) officials said yesterday.
