After mad cow scare, prices mooove back up

Bidding was bullish at this week's Iowa Beef Expo, as cow-calf producers, seemingly impervious to fallout from the first U.S. mad cow case, paid top dollar for purebred breeding stock. "The beef market still is really good," said Bev Johnson, office manager for the annual expo, one of the largest such events in the United States.
