Ranchers find new market for beef fed strictly on grass

ORE - Black Angus cattle glisten in the sun while grazing in an emerald field at Swingley Angus Century Farm. Steers in the herd will spend their lives munching on green grass, rather than make a trip to a Midwestern feedlot to fatten on grain for the final four months of their life.
Diane Swingley and her husband, Stan Huebner, finish their steers on grass. It's part of a growing consumer movement to eat organic, natural and local foods.
