PGA wants more productive Indigenous-run cattle stations
AUSTRALIA - WA's Pastoralists and Graziers Association (PGA) says it would back any move to make Indigenous-owned cattle stations in the Kimberley, in northern WA, more productive. The report makes recommendations on how to improve the future for the 30 or so stations in the region owned and operated by Indigenous interests.
The PGA's Sandy McTaggart says he is fully supportive of any programs that will help the stations become economically viable.
