During Alltech’s 27th International Animal Health and Nutrition Symposium, salmonella and feed contaminants will be the focus of a roundtable discussion seeking solutions and greater safeguards for the protection of animals and families. The Symposium, entitled The Game Changers: Creative Concepts for Agribusiness to Respond to Relentless Commoditization and to Innovate for a Greener Future will be held at the Lexington Convention Center in Lexington, Ky., USA from May 22-25, 2011.

“Many countries are reexamining their regulatory response to feed contaminants, such as salmonella and dioxins,” said Dr. Steve Traylor, global director of regulatory affairs for Alltech. “New regulations will likely become game changers in the way the feed and food industries operate.”
