US – A pet cow in Illinois has been crowned the world’s tallest cow, stirring up a media frenzy.
Thirteen year old Holstein cow Blosom has entered the Guinness World Record books after measuring six foot four.
The 2000 pound bovine has attracted comment for some years and now local veterinarians in Orangeville are celebrating Blosom’s achievement.
Likened to a ‘big dog’ in media reports, Blosom enjoys oats and grazing pasture, being referred to as a ‘big gently giant’.
