Low U-values are behind the ‘green credentials’ of the Western Red Cedar panels which are bonded to a Polyisocyanurate core, used specifically for its heat saving properties.

Danny Phelan, Sales Manager at the panel suppliers, Panel Systems explained that the benefits are aesthetic, as well as energy saving, important in the dairy’s planning stage.

“These panels offer the best of both worlds – being both stunning in appearance, whilst offering a high level of thermal performance," said Mr Phelan.

"The façade of the building perfectly blends in with its countryside location, yet has a contemporary appearance, as a result of the combination of cedar and aluminium panels, which is fitting for a modern, thriving business.”
