Daily Dairy Trading: Butter Drops Two Cents Futher
US - Cheddar Barrels continued the slide, closing down 2 cents on Tuesday at $1.6575, according to the USDA.

The two cent drop follows the four cents decrease of Monday and leaves the last Barrel spot value three cents under Cheddar Blocks which stayed unchanged at $1.6575.
Barrels are trading at an average of $1.6675 for the week, substantially below last week's average of $1.7445.
June Milk went unchanged with Class III on $18.03 and Class IV $18.94. Cheese was also a non-mover on $1.7780
