Dairy Dairy Trading: Mostly Unchanged As Blocks Increase

US – Butter lost June spot price value yesterday, closing down 0.5 cents finishing the day on $1.5300.

Cheddar Blocks increased a cent, bucking the general decline over recent days while barrels dropped $1.25.

No change was seen in Non-fat Dry Milk unchanged at $1.7025 for Grade A and $1.7000 for Extra Grade standard.

Future settlements were unchanged for Class III ($18.02) and IV ($19.03) milk while Cheese and Whey lifted slightly to $1.7780 and $0.5720.
