First Milk Strives to Highlight British Heritage

UK - The Lake District Dairy Co. will be launching its new-look packaging with a special on-pack competition and promotion on its mature cheddar.

This month competition will offer consumers the opportunity to win a luxury family weekend break – for up to 2 adults and 4 children - in partnership with MacDonald Hotels & Resorts.

First Milk marketing director David Young commented, “Our new packaging uses some subtle changes to highlight and make more of our rich British farming heritage. We’ve also made more of the brands distinctive ‘silhouette’ landscape as well as adding a ‘Made by British Farmers’ stamp which will be visible on all of our Lake District Dairy Co. packaging going forward."
