Announcing the partnership at an exclusive Dairy Event at the British Veterinary Association (BVA) HQ, Mr Bob Ferguson, General Manager, Norbrook Laboratories (GB) Ltd commented: “Norbrook has joined forces with the Farm Business Cream Awards to sponsor the Innovation Category."

Norbrook's recently launched Eprizero Pour On and Calcitrace D3 bolus are an example of how the company is supporting innocation and protecting the future of dairying, added Mr Feguson.

“At Norbrook our aim is to develop innovative veterinary pharmaceuticals which will firstly benefit the overall health of the animal and secondly will improve productivity and ultimately profitability of the dairy industry,” said Dr Barry McInerney GB Veterinary Advisor at Norbrook.

“Eprizero Pour On and Calcitrace D3 are two of our latest products which will greatly benefit the Dairy Industry. Eprizero is an eprinomectin based treatment for gut and lungworms while our Calcitrace D3 bolus is designed to reduce the risk of Milk Fever, two conditions which can be very costly to the farmer in terms of reduced productivity.”

Dairy Pro also took part in the Dairy Event at the BVA, presenting their vision for bringing benefits to individual farm businesses. Backed by DEFRA and the NFU, the Dairy Pro professional development register will encourage professionalism and track knowledge of dairy workers whilst increasing skills and training across the whole industry.
