Are you a cheesemaker interested in upskilling and gaining knowledge on cheese manufacture and maturation?

Are you interested in understanding what makes cheeses win gold medals at shows?

Are you interested in networking with other cheesemakers and researchers in the industry?

If you answered ‘Yes’ to the above questions, you should attend the cheese seminars on 10-11 November in Werribee. These seminars are sponsored by Dairy Australia and jointly organised by Dairy Australia, Dairy Innovation Australia Ltd (DIAL) and National Centre for Dairy Education Australia (NCDEA).

Prof Eric Spinnler from AgroParisTech, France is a global cheese expert with more than 25 years experience in cheesemaking. Eric is the key note speaker at these seminars and is well supported by a variety of speakers covering topics such as cheese judging, cheese cultures and building your brands.

On Thursday 10 November 2011, the seminar will focus on soft cheeses - Successful Manufacture and Mturation. For more details see here.

On Friday 11 November, the focus will be on hard cheeses. See here.

Further information regarding these seminars is available from Dr Mani Iyer, Program Manager, Product Innovation, Dairy Australia (03) 9694 3787 or 0439 309 385 and email [email protected]
