United Kingdom Price, Volume and Composition of Milk - February 2016
Key point
In February the UK average farm gate milk price increased to 25.57p per litre. This represents a 10.8% (2.48p per litre) increase on January 2016. The average price is 5.8% lower than in February 2015.
