Butlers Farmhouse Cheeses has joined a growing list of businesses to install the production management software Integrater by Systems Integration.

The award winning Lancashire processor owner, Gillian Hall, wanted to gather and analyse stock data as well as quality measures, such as grading, maturity, yield and giveaway information.

Tracking takes place at the Inglewhite dairy, including cutting and packaging stages.

Systems administrator Justin Burton said adjusting to the new system was no problem.

“Integreater® was efficiently introduced to the sites in a controlled manner, seamlessly replacing the existing processes and minimising business disruption.”

He added that the benefits were soon clear and that Systems Integration (SI), a specialist in food processing data, is briefing individual departments on performance.

“In a short period of time the product has delivered greater control and visibility of production processes across the business. SI is currently delivering tailored, on-demand reporting for different departments which is driving a new thirst for information,” concluded Mr Burton.
