Farmers Given Chance to Criticise Veterinary Authority08 October 2013
UK – The Animal Health and Veterinary Laboratories Agency is inviting feedback on new customer service standards.
The move follows a range of public criticisms telling the AHVLA that improvements could be made.
By providing more opportunity to customers to provide their opinions, the AHVLA hopes to gain a greater understanding of the businesses they work in.
Producers have until the 25 October to complete the survey, which can be found here.
