CHINA - intergration is the key to developing the Chinese dairy industry and face future challenges, delegates heard at a dairy conference in Qingdao, Shandong Province.

According to Liu Chengguo, President of the China Dairy Association, industry integration is necessary to the fact that milk can only be kept fresh for a short time, so that the production, collection, storage, transport, processing and selling of milk must be tightened up to ensure the coordinated development of the whole industrial chain.

The 8th China International Dairy Exhibition was held concurrently with the conference, covering areas of dairy cattle breeding, environment protection, forage feed, dairy processing, packaging materials and dairy machinery. In total, 170 participating entities from China, US, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Israel, Germany, France, Russia, the Netherlands, Denmark, Italy, Norway and Sweden were present at the expo.
