BRAZIL - The market for replacement animals is much calmer. Besides the pasture worsen, the weakness of the prices’ increase helped to calm the market of replacement animals.Between June and July, prices almost didn’t changed, reports Scot Consultoria.
In July, considering males and females, Nelore and half-breed animals, in average the replacement prices rose 3.14% in Mato Grosso and 3.98% in Mato Grosso do Sul. They are considerable increases, but less intense than the other ones experienced by the market until then.
Since the end of June, were also small the changes over quotations. Considering the same categories, there was an average increase of 1.29% in Mato Grosso and a retreat of 1.26% in Mato Grosso do Sul.
The offer improved a little and it is also easier to negotiate the replacement cattle when it comes to prices and payment terms.
