Print This Page No Compensation without Vaccination
VIET NAM - The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has asked local authorities to vaccinate all cattle and poultry against regulated diseases.Official sources are reporting a document issued on 6 August, in which the Ministry requested city and provincial People’s Committees to ensure that cattle and poultry are fully vaccinated.
If farmers do not follow the ministry’s regulation, it will not provide support in case of disease outbreaks, according to the official document.
The spread of cattle and poultry diseases is made more complicated when locations do not take protecting livestock seriously enough and vaccinate only 10 percent of animals, the statement said.
