I need information about Angus Breed for my Presentation in Pakistan Livestock Exhibi

Dear Forum Members,

We have a livestock going on in Feb, 2011. For that matter I have to give out a presentation to the participating farmers about beef breeds, their benefits and future of beef demand and supply.

In order to implement the Angus breed in Pakistan, I need key points about Angus breed which are as follows;


* Feed conversion ratio
* Daily weight gain
* Period from Birth Weight to Slaughtering Weight
* Period from Birth Age to Slaughtering Age
* Meat and Bone ratio
* Steak volume (weight, length and thickness)
* Carcuss and Live weight ratio


Please provide me with the above mentioned information along with a good photograph for my live presentation. I will be thankful to you for this act of kindness.
