Default Bleeding after insemination

I inseminated my cow with sexed semen of "Decree" alta genetics for the third lactation of the cow. The cow is cross of jersey and friesean. After insemination of two days cow starts bleeding like viscous material in the heat period..why this happened..is there any chance of conception or in the next 21 days we have to inseminate it again..or she can conceive in this condition..plz ans this. thanks a lot
