Default How Do You Dilute Iodine To Use As Teat Dip?

How much Iodine to how much water for teat dip?
I live in an area that has no access to dairy cow products and I don't want to spend a ton of money on shipping to buy a teat dip online.
Someone on here must know the old fashioned way to mix a teat dip.
I've been using FIAS farms recomendation for Chlorox as a teat dip but worry that it will not be as effective as Iodine.

Anyone??
Much Appreciated!
