Default HELP! Wormy Calf

My calf is very wormy. She is sitting down lots has been dehydrated, lacking ebergy and isnt eating much. We have wormed her 2 days ago with genesis injectable, have given her metacam as and anti inflammetry, engemycin and baycox in case of coccidiosis. As mentioned before she very rarely gets up she is a holstein friesian calf. Any help to get her better, we have had a vet out to tube her with electrolytes
