Thanks for the photos, it is certainly not as bad as some I've seen. I would try your local vet see if they have a suitable cream or else use a tube from your local pharmacy [if you can get one with Teatree oil all the better].
That cough is bothering me, after all the jabs she's had there should be some change, you have checked her for worms recently ? [lungworm in particular]
Is she salivating/drooling, shaking her head, does the cough rack her body ?
It could also be a grass/corn husk embedded in her throat, are you able to 'nose' her and take a look. It'll need two of you, one to hold her and one with a torch.
