Default Growths on face

Hello,
I have an in calf heifer who has a wart like growth above her eye. Recently she has gained more near her nose and I noticed another one behind her ear.

Otherwise healthy

Any idea what this could be and what treatments there are?

Papiloma or common warts are common and usually will fall off over a period as the virus causing them dies. Many "cures" are sworn by by different ranchers, including pulling/cutting them off, crushing them with pliers etc, but I have never resorted to any intervention, and they have always fallen off.
