Default Feeding Sussex Cattle Housed for Winter

Would people agree with these feeding rations for sussex cattle?.If not then please advise on what you would change now. These rations are what my fathers stockman gave to him Winter of 1979.

Young Bulls. 8lbs of Barley,4lbs of Course Mix,Hay & Straw

Steers. 8lbs of Barley cant read next bit so please enlighten me??,Hay & Straw.

Heifers
Large.5 lbs of Barley,Hay Straw & Add Libb.

Small.5lbs of Barley,Hay Straw & Add Libb.

Cows. 6lbs of Barley,3lbs of Potatoes Hay Straw & Add Libb.
