CANADA - Agriculture and Agri-Food Minister Andy Mitchell is continuing to work on addressing the issue of bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE). August 28, Minister Mitchell met with U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Ann Veneman in New York City.
